Additional Information

• 15 mins suitable for approx 2 years and older. 30 mins suitable for approx 3 years and older. Lessons are available for children 5 years & older.
• Hacks are suitable for riders at intermediate level or above only. It is the rider’s responsibility to give an honest and accurate assessment of their ability when booking. If a rider is assessed to be at a standard not adequate to take part in a hack then for the safety of all concerned we will not allow the ride to go ahead.
• Adopt a Pony:
  Half day: 9.30am to 12pm, or 1pm to 3.30pm (from 6 years old)
  Full day: 9.30am to 3.30pm (from 8 years old).
  A parent/guardian must accompany children under 8 years old.
  A half day includes a 30 min lesson/hack. A full day includes a 2 x 30 min hour lesson/hack.

How to Book

• Riding bookings can only be made via our online booking system. For full info on how to register & how the system works click here.
• £1 non-refundable booking fee per basket. Retained by ECPro booking system. The booking fee is only charged when a payment transaction is made. The booking fee is per basket, not per session. So if you book & pay for multiple sessions in one transaction you will only pay a £1 booking fee. The fee is not applied when existing account credit is used to secure a riding session (as it would have already been paid when you paid for the original session).
• Prices are per person. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Discounts

• In order to help facilitate riding for everyone we offer a 10% discount to riders who are holders of Blue Light Cards, Student Cards (further & higher education), Blue Badges, Swansea Passport to Leisure Cards, Teacher Union Members, & riders who are 60 years & older.
• Proof of status is required to claim the discount. Only one discount can be claimed per rider. Discount available for the rider card holder only. Discounts cannot be backdated. Please contact us for more info and to submit proof. Once approved we will update your online account and the discount will be automatically applied. The Discount will be removed if there is a lapse in compliance (eg: your student ID card expires).

Cancellations

• We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel a session log onto your online account and cancel. If you do this more than 48 hours before your session start time a credit will be applied to your account automatically which you can use to book future sessions. Please note you cannot ‘edit’ a session, you must cancel and rebook. If you cancel 48 hours or less before your session start time then no refund or credit is due.
  Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non refundable. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, and are at the discretion of Clyne Farm Centre.
• You can find our full Terms here. Please note the ECPro booking fee is non-refundable.
• Some sessions (such as Adopt A Pony) have minimum booking numbers to run. Therefore bookings may be cancelled by us if these minimum numbers are not reached.
