Woodland: The Keeper’s Cottage and Barn Owl Lodge, approximately 15 minutes’ drive from the main farm.
Each cottage sleeps between 4 and 8 guests, with interconnecting options for larger groups.

✓ Payment: 25% deposit when booking more than 42 days before arrival. The balance is due 42 days before arrival; bookings made within 42 days require full payment.
✓ Cancellation: no cancellation charge when written cancellation is received more than 28 days before arrival. For cancellations received 28 days or less before arrival, the full booking price is payable.
✓ Arrival days: flexible, subject to availability.
