Crafted from wood sourced right here on the Clyne Farm Estate, this balcony is the ideal spot for enjoying sunsets and creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

If you’re traveling with your four legged family members, you’ll be delighted to know that we’re very dog-friendly. Additionally, we welcome other pets upon request. For a small supplement of £5 per night per pet, up to four pets can join your cottage stay. If you have more than four, simply get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

For those who need to stay connected or wish to add a bit of work to their holiday, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet. Digital nomads are welcome.

Configuration: Step inside this rustic cottage, and you’ll find a warm and welcoming space perfect for families. On the ground floor, there’s a comfortable double bedroom and a twin bedded room, ensuring everyone has their own peaceful space. A separate WC and a well-appointed bathroom with a bath, washbasin, WC, and over-bath shower add to your comfort.

Mobility: The unique charm of The Dairy is enhanced by its access via an external stone staircase leading to the first floor. This setup allows for splendid views and a sense of calm that’s hard to find elsewhere.

History: A bit of history adds to the character of The Dairy. This building, which also houses Stables Cottage and Hayloft was originally two stories. It later became a single-storey milking parlour with a single-pitch corrugated steel roof and additional lean-to dairy on the front corner. When the Haden family took over the farm, they transformed it into a two-story accommodation block known as the Sleep Barn. Contained within were bunk rooms for visiting school & youth groups off 2 central corridors, one on each floor. In the late 90s, early 2000s the building was converted into three self-catering cottages.

What’s included in your stay? Your stay at The Dairy includes a host of amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, ample parking, a TV with a Roku streaming stick and DVD player, eco-friendly thermostat-controlled heating, a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, electric hob and oven, microwave, under-counter fridge with a freezer box, washing machine and dryer, heating, electricity, bed linen (complete with duvets), towels, and baby essentials available on request, including a cot, high-chair, and stair gate. Outside, the bacony with outdoor seating awaits. There is also a communal stone barbecue and an additional outdoor seating area towards the front of the farm.

For larger groups: The Dairy can also interconnect with Stables Cottage next door to accommodate up to 10 guests. Stables Cottage, in turn, can connect with Hayloft to create a spacious unit that sleeps 14, making it the ideal choice for extended family get-togethers and gatherings with friends.
