Get cosy in Byron's
Small but cosy, this end of terrace barn is ideal for a couple or a small family.
The lounge overlooks the main courtyard but the cottage is quite private with the main bedroom to the rear of the building. Both bet & full curtains can be drawn across the large window overlooking the courtyard to give extra privacy.
Events such as celebration dinners are sometimes held at the Stone Barn adjoining Byron’s Barn. These events will adhere to the Centre wide noise level restrictions in place between 11pm to 8am.
We are very dog friendly. We also welcome other pets on request. There is a supplement of £5 per night per pet. We can take up to 4 pets per property. If you have more than 4 just get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Are you a digital nomad? Or just want to add a few days of work on your holiday? We have free and fast Wi-Fi internet.
Activities onsite: Horse riding, indoor archery, indoor climbing and Challenge Valley The Muddiest Assault Course in the World!
Configuration: On the ground floor this rustic cottage has an open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath, washbasin, WC and over bath shower. On the 1st floor, there is a twin-bedded room in the roof space with sloping ceilings.
Mobility Note: The lounge kitchen and double bedroom are all on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. As our smallest property, the passageway may be narrow for some guests with mobility concerns.
History: The cottage is named after the master mason Byron Daniels who restored it from an old cart & tractor shed. The double bedroom was a part of the building that had been demolished before our time and was rebuilt in stone to match the rest.
