ACTIVITY REGISTRATION FORM & KIT LIST

Registration Form
The Participant Registration Form must be completed by everyone who takes part in activities at the Centre. For participants under the age of 18, or adults who do not have capacity to complete the form themselves, a parent, guardian or responsible adult must complete the form on their behalf.

Participant Registration Forms must be completed at least 7 days before your booked activity. Participants without a completed registration form may not be able to take part in the session.

If you are taking part in horse riding only, you do not need to complete this form. All information required for horse riding bookings is collected through the EcPro online booking system.

Kit List
Participants must arrive with the correct kit for the activity booked. Participants who do not arrive with the required kit may not be able to take part in the session. If you are organising a group activity, it is your responsibility to ensure that each participant is aware of the correct kit to bring. Spectators should also adhere to the kit list requirements. We reserve the right to refuse participation or access to anyone wearing inappropriate footwear or clothing.
