ACTIVITY REGISTRATION FORM & KIT LIST

Registration Form
The Clyne Farm Centre Registration Form must be completed by everyone who takes part in activities at the Centre. For participants under the age of 18, or adults without capacity: a parent or guardian must complete the form on their behalf.

Please complete and submit the form at least 7 days before your booked activity.

Please do not complete the form if you are only taking part in horse riding. All information required for horse riding will be gathered via the EcPro online booking system.

Kit List
You must arrive at Clyne with the right kit – otherwise, you will be unable to take part in your chosen activity. If you are organising a group activity, it is your responsibility to ensure that each participant is aware of the correct kit to bring. Spectators should also be made aware of the kit list requirements. We reserve the right to refuse participation or access to anyone wearing inappropriate footwear or clothing.
