ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS

ACTIVITY BOOKINGS

  • Bookings are non-refundable. Full payment is due upon booking.
  • Some sessions may have minimum numbers in order to run. If the minimum number is not reached the session will be cancelled and you will receive a refund, or we can arrange an alternative date.
  • Extra participants may be added to the booking subject to availability only.
  • The session may be rescheduled, subject to availability, if more than 14 days’ notice in writing is given.
  • Clyne Farm Centre retain the right to refuse to allow the session to take place or continue if participants are deemed to be a safety risk. Participants will not be allowed to participate if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances.
  • Participants must arrive with the correct kit for the activity booked, as outlined in the Clyne Kit List.
  • No refunds are given if participants refuse, are unable to participate in the session, or are asked not to participate by Clyne Farm Centre.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking, without refund, if the Customer breaches any element of the Booking Criteria and/or Terms & Conditions. If the breach occurs, or we become aware of a breach, during the booking the Customer will be asked to leave the Centre without notice.
  • We utilise activity providers with appropriate accreditation and public liability insurance of at least £5m.
  • We reserve the right to change activity programmes due to adverse weather or other conditions beyond our control. No refund or credit will be due in these circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions.
  • By making a booking, you have acknowledged that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

HORSE RIDING BOOKINGS

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are non refundable.
  • Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, and are at the discretion of Clyne Farm Centre.
  • We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel a session log onto your online account and cancel. If you do this more than 48 hours before your session start time a credit will be applied to your account automatically which you can use to book future sessions. Please note you cannot ‘edit’ a session, you must cancel and rebook. If you cancel 48 hours or less before your session start time then no refund or credit is due.
  • The same policy applies to voucher bookings, vouchers will be forfeited if a session is not cancelled in adherence to our cancellation policy.
  • It is the Customers’ responsibility to give an honest and accurate assessment of their ability when booking. If a rider is assessed to be not up to standard to take part in a session then for the safety of all concerned we will not allow the session to go ahead.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep all Rider details accurate and up to date. This includes the Rider’s height & weight. Customers should check, and amend if necessary, Rider details every 6 months as a minimum. In the case of Riders who are still growing in height, or experiencing weight loss/increase, we recommend they are checked every month. If the details are not accurate then an inappropriate horse/pony may be allocated to the Rider. In this situation, we will not allow the session to go ahead. No refund will be due.
  • All sessions will be strictly risk-assessed and will be kept within the rider’s competence level.
  • Customers & spectators are not allowed to enter the Horse Riding Stables or Riding Arena unless instructed to do so.
  • In order to help facilitate riding for everyone we offer a 10% discount to riders who are holders of Blue Light Cards, Student Cards, Blue Badges, Swansea Passport to Leisure Cards, Teacher Union Members, & riders who are 60 years & older. Proof of status is required to claim the discount. Only one discount can be claimed per rider. Discount available for the rider card holder only. Discounts cannot be backdated. Please contact us for more info and to submit proof. Once approved we will update your online account and the discount will be automatically applied. The Discount will be removed if there is a lapse in compliance (eg: your student ID card expires).
  • Clyne Farm Centre retain the right to refuse to allow the session to take place or continue if participants are deemed to be a safety risk. Participants will not be allowed to participate if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances.
  • No refunds if participants refuse, are unable to participate in the session, are asked not to participate by Clyne Farm Centre, or do not complete the full session time booked.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any session, without refund, if the Customer breaches any element of the Booking Criteria and/or Terms & Conditions. If the breach occurs, or we become aware of a breach, during the session the Customer will be asked to leave the Centre without notice.
  • We reserve the right to change, cancel or reschedule any rides for the safety and welfare of our clients, horses, and staff.
  • We reserve the right to change sessions due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control. No refund or credit will be due in these circumstances. This includes where a mounted session (for example a Led Walk) is changed to a non-mounted session (for example a Horse & Pony Care session). Customers will only be notified of a session change upon arrival at the Centre.
  • If Clyne Farm Centre cancel a session then a credit or refund will be offered.
  • We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions.
  • By making a booking, you have acknowledged that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

COMPETITIONS & OFFERS

Social Media Competitions:

The promoter is Clyne Farm Centre.

The competition is open to anyone 18 years or over except employees of Clyne Farm Centre and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The route to entry for the competition is to like the post on our Facebook Page.

Any additional action (including sharing a post, commenting, watch party, tagging etc.) are done at the entrant’s discretion and do not impact the outcome of the giveaway.

We will not contact any entrant via Direct Message to say they have won the giveaway and ask for payment.

Please do not give any billing information via messenger on Facebook to anyone who might try and pass off as an employee of Clyne Farm Centre.

We have the right sometimes to allow more than one entry per competition. We will notify you specifically in the post if this is the case

The closing date for entry will be stated in the post on the Facebook page. After this date, then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize will be stated in the Facebook Post, and is subject to availability.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen randomly via the software platform that we will share if anyone wants to know more.

A notification will notify the winner within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

The promoter’s decision regarding all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

The winner agrees to use his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

“Is Your Name” Offer
To qualify: The participant taking part must have the first name mentioned in offer. Spelling variants subject to CFC approval. To qualify via Social Media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) follow the instructions in the post. eg; Like & Comment as requested. Offer is for a half price horse riding lesson/hack, archery/indoor climbing lesson. Valid for one activity session only. Booking must be made via the channel outlined (eg: by phone) and on the date outlined only. Activity session must be booked and completed, subject to availability, within 6 months of booking date. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Limited to 30 bookings/winners per name offer.

Voucher Discounts
Discount codes are not valid for ‘Multi-Use Vouchers’ or for already discounted vouchers. Codes can only be used once per customer, unless otherwise stated. Other restrictions may apply such as time restraints. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All offers and subsequent bookings are subject to availability.
