CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATOR - Part Time
Are you a people person with strong admin and marketing skills? Join our team at Clyne Farm Centre as a Customer Administrator and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll manage bookings, handle enquiries, and support marketing efforts to promote our holiday cottages, activities, and events. This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys both administration and guest interaction in a friendly, family-run business.
Shifts Currently Available:
- Every Friday, Saturday & Monday, plus potential for more.
- Flexible zero hours contract.
- Option to train as an Activity Instructor to to increase shift availability.
- Start date ASAP.
Role Highlights:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-person
- Manage bookings, payments, and guest communications
- Support marketing & social media campaigns.
- Assist with event planning for weddings, room hire & activities
- Deal with any practical accommodation issues & cottage guest questions.
- Help with light maintenance tasks to keep things running smoothly
- Provide local knowledge to help guests make the most of their visit
- Support our goals for business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Admin experience (ideally in hospitality, tourism, or events).
- Strong communication & marketing skills (written & verbal).
- Proactive and hands-on; happy to help with practical & DIY tasks.
- Experience with booking systems (e.g., Supercontrol) or CRM software is advantageous.
- Local knowledge of Swansea, Mumbles & Gower.
- Valid driver’s license (travel between sites is required).
- Availability during weekends & school holidays is essential

HORSE RIDING STABLE MANAGER - Full time
Join Our Team as a Stable Manager at Clyne Farm Centre
Clyne Farm Centre is looking for an experienced Stable Manager to lead our equestrian team and oversee the care of our horses and ponies. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our horse riding and stable management, providing excellent experiences for our guests.
Role Highlights:
- Manage daily operations of our stables, ensuring the welfare of all horses and farm animals.
- Deliver riding lessons and lead hacks, catering to all ages and abilities.
- Oversee staff training, performance, and manage equine health programs including worming and veterinary care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a riding school or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in teaching horse riding up to advanced levels.
- Recognised qualifications in horse care and stable management.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and school holidays.
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

HORSE RIDING INSTRUCTORS - Part time
Join our team as a Horse Riding Instructor!
Are you passionate about horses and skilled in teaching? We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Intermediate/Advanced Horse Riding Instructors at Clyne Farm Centre.
Shifts available: Approximately 4 shifts per week ongoing. Weekend and school holiday availability required.
Responsibilities:
- Plan lesson programmes for riders according to their abilities.
- Deliver riding lessons, hacks, birthday parties, and other equine-related activities for both children and adults.
- Utilise your expertise to provide high-quality instruction tailored to each rider’s abilities and goals.
- Teach children and adults, individually or as a group, to ride.
- Grooming and tacking up of horses, and standard yard duties.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of both riders and horses throughout all sessions.
Requirements:
- Essential: Experience in teaching children and adults to ride. Ideally to an Intermediate or Advanced level.
- Essential: Ability to ride & take hacks at an Advanced level.
- Essential: A positive, flexible attitude and exceptional people skills.
- Essential: Availability during school holidays and weekends.
- Preferred: Possession of related equine qualifications.
- Preferred: Own transport is preferred for flexibility.

Responsibilities:
- Lead exciting activity sessions including Archery, Indoor Climbing, Bushcraft, Challenge Valley Assault Course, and Problem Solving.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences by engaging participants of all ages and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of activities and maintain safety standards.
Requirements:
- While experience is preferred, it’s not essential as full training will be provided.
- A positive and flexible attitude is key, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability during weekends and school/university holidays is required to meet our customer’s needs.
- Although not mandatory, owning transport would be advantageous for flexibility.
