Hayloft is an end-of-terrace barn in a unique farm stay location, offering panoramic views over fields, woodland, and Swansea Bay from its charming green oak balcony. The balcony was crafted from wood sourced from the Clyne Farm Estate. This holiday cottage offers a rural retreat with breathtaking scenery. The property overlooks the main courtyard, perfect for larger families or groups booking some of the other 6 Clyne Cottages.

Interconnecting Cottages For Larger Groups & Families

Hayloft can interconnect with Stables Cottage next door to accommodate up to 10 guests. Stables Cottage, in turn, can connect with The Dairy to create a spacious unit that sleeps 14, making it the ideal family getaway for extended family get-togethers and gatherings with friends.

Self Catering Cottage Configuration

You access the cottage via external wooden steps on the first floor where you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen. On the ground floor, there’s a comfortable double bedroom and a twin bedroom room, ensuring everyone has their own peaceful space. A separate WC and a well-appointed bathroom with a bath, washbasin, WC, and over-bath shower add to your comfort.

Mobility Accessibility

Hayloft is accessed via an external wooden staircase leading to the first floor oak balcony, offering stunning panoramic views. Please consider this layout in terms of any mobility issues for yourself and/or your pets before booking.

Cottage with a History and a View!

The building that houses The Dairy, Stables Cottage & Hayloft started life as two storeys, then became a single-storey with a single-pitch corrugated steel roof. It was used as a milking parlour with an additional lean-to dairy on the front corner by The Dairy. When the Haden family took over the farm they turned it from a single-storey derelict milking barn to a two-story accommodation block, named the Sleep Barn. Contained within were bunk rooms for visiting school & youth groups off 2 central corridors, one on each floor. In the late 90s, early 2000s the building was converted into three self-catering cottages. Hayloft used to overlook the old hay storage barn hence the name!
