Accommodation Bookings

When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking request summary to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by email or post.

Deposit & Balance Payments:
> Bookings are held with a non-refundable 25% deposit. The balance is due no later than six weeks (42 days) before arrival.
> You, the tennant, are responsible for full payment unless cancelled in writing more than 28 days before the let was due to start when the deposit will be retained but the balance waived.
> If the full payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund of deposit.
> The balance will be automatically taken on the due date using the card details provided at the point of booking. If you do not wish to pay the balance using this method you must contact us in plenty of time before the balance due date to make alternative arrangements.
> The tenant shall maintain the property at all times in a clean and tidy condition, and as equipped at the commencement of the let. Any damages, breakages, or excess cleaning costs shall be charged to the tenant. All properties are non-smoking.
> A security deposit to cover any extra cleaning, breakages or damages may be required. You will be informed if this is the case at the point of booking. Either the refundable security deposit will be charged in advance, or the amount will be held against a payment card.

General Conditions:
> The tenancy is normally on a weekly basis from 3pm on arrival day to 10am on departure day.
> Under no circumstances may the number of people occupying the property exceed the numbers shown in the details unless agreed in advance in writing. Discounts may be available for an occupancy lower than the maximum. This ‘low occupancy’ discount is only available at the point of booking. No refund will be given if the numbers in the party decreases after the booking is made. If the number in the party increases the tenant is obliged to inform Clyne Farm Centre and pay the extra amount which would have been due if they had booked that number at the point of booking. 
> The property shall be used solely for holiday purposes and the tenant shall not sub-let any part of the property or equipment.
> Pets are welcome stay for a small additional charge of £5 per animal per night. A condition of booking is that pets are not left unattended in the cottages. We also ask that your four legged friends are kept off all the furniture, out of the bedrooms, and are kept under control around the horses and other animals. Requests for pets other than dogs & cats to stay will be considered on a case by case basis, and may incur a charge. All animals must be declared. 
> Clyne Farm Centre has a public liability insurance of £5M. 
> We strongly recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance. Protection is available via Booking Protect at the point of booking.

Activity Bookings

Horse Riding: Full payment is required at the time of booking. For a full refund, or free rearrangement, 24 hrs notice must be given. Refunds will not be given if riders refuse to mount, or complete the full time session booked.

All Other Activities & Parties: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the full balance due 6 weeks before activity start date. Final participant numbers are required 7 days before activity start date or the balance will charged on initial (or higher) numbers booked. For a refund 4 weeks notice in writing must be given. No refunds given if participants refuse to participate.

Please Note: We reserve the right to change activity programmes due to adverse weather or other conditions beyond our control. We utilise activity providers with appropriate accreditation and public liability insurance of at least £5m.
