CLEANERS- Full or part-time
To maintain the 9 self-catering cottages and public areas at Clyne Farm, & the Dylan Thomas Birthplace in the Uplands. The ideal candidate will be a physically fit, enthusiastic professional. Previous cleaning experience ideal, but full training will be given.

Shifts are based around cottage bookings. Own transport required. ASAP start ideal (Sept 2021).

HEAD OF CLEANING - Full or Part-Time
Lead Housekeeper required to maintain the 9 self-catering cottages and public areas at Clyne Farm, & the Dylan Thomas Birthplace in the Uplands. The ideal candidate will be an active, confident professional with; previous cleaning experience; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be highly motivated with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude; possess an eye for detail; have strong organisational skills; and be fully conversant with all housekeeping & admin processes.

In addition to cleaning, the role will include organisation of the housekeeping staff workload, setting the staff rota, stock & budget control. Basic DIY skills such as painting and small fixes are a strong advantage.

Exciting opportunities to get involved with the other different Centre departments (such as Reception cover, activity sessions, or helping with pony rides) when cottage bookings are quieter. You will be working with a great team!

Hours worked Monday to Sunday based around cottage bookings & rota staff availability. Flexible shift times available, which you can set yourself. Own transport required. Weekend and school holiday availability required. ASAP start ideal (Sept 2021).

HORSE RIDING INSTRUCTORS - Part-Time
Horse Riding Instructors required to work 4 days a week.

To provide riding lessons, hacks, birthday parties, Pony Club, and other equine-related events for both children and adults. Experience of teaching riding is preferred. Related equine qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

The role would suit enthusiastic individuals with a positive, flexible, attitude and excellent people skills. Own transport preferred. Weekend and school holiday availability required. Sept 2021 start.

ACTIVITY INSTRUCTORS - Part-Time
Activity Instructors to work ad hoc shifts. 

To provide Archery, Indoor Climbing, Bushcraft, Challenge Valley Assault Course, & Problem Solving activity sessions. Experience preferred but not essential. Full training will be given. Opportunity to get involved with other aspects of the Centre for the right candidates.
