Who Makes it Fit for a Change?
ITV Wales Fit for a Change series took a
group of four friends on a month long journey to see if a change of diet and
exercise regime would make them fit for the challenges dreamt up by the
production company. One of teh most successful groups were from the children's
soft play company Rumble in the Jungle who tackled a makeshift obstacle course
at their Rhondda home before, a month later, pitting their wits against
Challenge Valley - the muddiest assault course in the world!!
Presenter Lucy Owen was on hand to give
encouragement on a cold November day which saw Claire, Clare, Rachel and Sarah
pull out all the stops to win a pamper day as their prize.
