Our activity programmes can be adapted to suit the needs of any group, regardless of their size or participants ability.
Outlined below are our most popular days which have been tried and tested over the past fourteen years.

On Site Activity Days
these programmes take place within the confines of the Centre's 80 acre estate.

10.00am - 4.00pm
Taster activity and Challenge Valley OR Raft building

Morning - Taster activity session which can include archery, riding, indoor climbing and initiative problems.

Afternoon - Challenge Valley the muddiest assault course in the world OR
Afternoon - Raft Building - using the equipment provided you have to cross a lake.
Will you get an early bath?


The perfect climbing man!

Off Site Activity Days - 
9.30am - 4.00pm

The Dinas Challenge - Gorge walking
Morning - Challenging but achievable gorge walk (canyoning) - a scramble against the flow of the river through natural waterfalls and dip pools.
Afternoon - Short hill walk into the Valley and further challenges and jumps into plunge pools. Location - top of Neath Valley 22 miles


Gorge Walking on the Dinas Challenge
Abseiling on the Gower cliffs

The Coastal Challenge - Abseiling
Morning - Challenging tasks set in and around the limestone caves and coastline of local bays. Rock hopping is the original coasteering which we developed thirteen years ago.
Afternoon - Continuation of morning session including a 40' abseil on a limestone crag. Location - Bracelet Bay or Ogmore

Quadbiking, Paintball and Clay Pigeon Shooting

These activities take place in spectacular surroundings in the Neath Valley - about 45 minutes drive from the centre. For large groups on quadbiking we add archery as a holding activity



Gower is a mecca for surfers - this doesn't mean that you have to be an expert. We have beginner's lessons at Caswell Bay and Llangennith (weather permitting) and will have your standing on our soft foamy boards in no time at all.
